Cancellation Policy
To preserve the quality of our welcome and the relaxing atmosphere of the salon, any cancellation or modification of a wellness massage appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of the session. After this deadline, the reserved session is due and will be charged, including in the event of a no‑show. If the client arrives late, the duration of the session may be reduced in order to respect the following appointments, with no price reduction or possibility of rescheduling.
